Payments & refunds
Checkout is not active. Tebex is the planned payment provider. The applicable terms will be those shown at the actual Tebex checkout once connected.
Punishment Appeals
Request a manual review of a ban, mute, warning, or another punishment. A Discord account is not required.

How do purchases work?+
The store is in preview. You can explore products and save eligible selections in your preview cart. Payments are disabled. After Tebex is connected, confirmed purchases are planned to deliver physical vouchers in Minecraft.
How do I receive vouchers?+
Once verified payment delivery is connected, CrabhiVouchers is planned to deliver your items in game or hold them for collection. Adding to this preview cart creates no purchase or reward.
How do I redeem vouchers?+
The planned flow is to hold the physical voucher and right-click in Minecraft. Rank vouchers are enchanted books, cosmetic vouchers use Dragon’s Breath, and tag vouchers are enchanted Name Tags. Complete collection vouchers are planned as Heart of the Sea items in a future update.
Can I trade vouchers?+
Unredeemed vouchers are intended to be tradable, giftable, or sellable before redemption. Unlocks belong to the player who redeems them. Future rank upgrades must check eligibility again at redemption.
What if my inventory is full?+
The planned delivery flow keeps your voucher waiting until you make space and claim it. Delivery will not be activated until payment and fulfillment integration is complete.
What if I’m offline after buying?+
The planned system holds verified purchases for collection when you return. This delivery integration is not active in the website preview.
How do I get help?+
Crabhi support will use Discord tickets for vouchers, rank redemption, cosmetics, and gameplay. The ticket destination will be enabled once the official support link is configured.
How do payment and refund requests work?+
Payments are not enabled. When Tebex is connected, its applicable checkout terms and buyer support process will govern payment and refund requests. Review the terms presented at the actual checkout.
How do I vote for Crabhi?+
Open the Vote page, choose a configured listing, and follow that website’s instructions using your Minecraft username. Rewards are managed by the Minecraft server. This website does not track live voting progress.
